Conference room AV and Q-SYS in Columbus

If every meeting starts with five minutes of "is this thing on?", the room is broken. We install conference room AV in Columbus and across Central Ohio: displays, cameras, mics and one-touch controls that work with Teams, Zoom or whatever your office runs on, with Q-SYS control and audio where a room needs it, then stay on for support.

What's included

In more detail

Displays and wireless presentation

Screens sized so everyone at the table can read a spreadsheet, and wireless sharing so a visitor can put their laptop on screen without hunting for an adapter.

Cameras and microphones

People on the far end should see faces, not the top of the table, and hear everyone, not just whoever sits nearest the laptop. We pick cameras and ceiling or table microphones for the size and shape of the room.

Teams and Zoom rooms

Rooms set up for the platform your office uses, so a meeting starts from the calendar invite or one touch on the table, every time.

Boardrooms, huddle rooms and training rooms

A four-person huddle room and a forty-seat training room need different gear. We size each room to how it's actually used, and keep the controls the same across rooms so people only learn them once.

Support after the install

Every room is documented, and when something stops working you call the people who installed it.

What a room should do

Start a meeting in one touch

From the calendar invite or one touch on the table panel, the call starts with the right camera, microphones and speakers already selected. Nobody hunts for a remote.

Share without an adapter

A visitor puts their laptop on screen wirelessly or with one cable, and it works the same way in every room, so people only learn it once.

Everyone is heard and seen

Microphone coverage for the whole table, a camera framed for the people in the room, and sound that doesn't echo on the far end.

For IT and facilities

Teams, Zoom and other platforms

We build rooms for the platform your office already uses: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or a simple laptop-and-USB room. Tell us which one, and we confirm the hardware is supported before anything is ordered.

On your network

We ask your IT team early for what a room needs: network ports, addressing, the services it has to reach, and who looks after updates. What we configure is written down, so your team can see exactly what is on the network.

Q-SYS audio, video and control

Where a room calls for it, we design and program Q-SYS. We hold Q-SYS Level 2 certification.

Support on weekdays

One person to call, on weekdays. We're a small company, so we say so up front: the room is built and documented so it rarely needs us, and you reach the person who built it when it does.

Why it matters

Rooms that help your business run.

Every meeting that starts late because the screen won't connect costs your team time and looks bad in front of clients. We build rooms your people can trust, document them, and stay on for support, because we want your business to succeed, not just to close out a job.

How a project goes

  1. 01

    Look and listen

We come out, stand in the room, and listen to what's actually going wrong. Sometimes it's not what the last installer said.

  2. 02

    Plan

You get a plain-English proposal: gear, drawings, timeline, price. No mystery line items.

  3. 03

    Build

We install, program and tune it around your schedule. Cables labelled, rack tidy, nothing held up with gaffer tape.

  4. 04

    Hand it over

Your people learn it, you get written notes, and we're a phone call away after.

Questions people ask

Does it work with Teams or Zoom?
Either, or whatever your office runs on.
What do you need from our IT team?
Network ports and addressing for the room's devices, access to the Teams or Zoom account the room signs in with, someone to answer firewall questions, and building access for the install.
Who handles firmware and updates?
We agree who does updates and when, and write it down before the install.
Can you work in an office that's in use?
Yes. We schedule the work around your meetings, on weekdays.
What happens when something breaks after the install?
You call us. Ongoing support is part of the service, not an afterthought.
What does it cost?
It depends on the room and the gear. After we've seen the space you get a plain-English proposal: gear, drawings, timeline, price. No mystery line items.
